Personalizing
Your Floor Plan
After your ideas and budget are outlined, we will
review your plans. Our design team will develop
preliminary floor plans and exterior elevations for
review. Along with formalizing the design of your
home, the need for structural engineering services will
also be evaluated.
You may go through several revisions
to these preliminary plans before they fit your needs and
budget. Make sure you allow adequate time for the
design process. This is one of the most critical
parts of your custom home project. We
